FAQs
Is your Jadeite natural?
1
Yes. We exclusively offer Type A Jadeite, which is 100% natural and untreated. Every piece is entirely free from the chemical dyes or polymers often found in mass-market alternatives.
Where is your jewelry sourced?
2
Our stones are sourced exclusively through trusted US suppliers and originate from Guatemalan mines. By sourcing within the Americas, we maintain strict quality control and ensure every piece is authentic, avoiding the counterfeit risks often found in other international markets.
Why does the color look different under different lighting?
3
Jadeite is "chromatic," meaning it interacts deeply with its environment. Our Blue Water Jadeite may appear as a darker blue indoors, while showing more teal or green tones in natural sunlight.
Why are there black or white spots in my stone?
4
These are natural mineral inclusions common in genuine Type A Jadeite. These "beauty marks" are signature of the earth and serve as visual proof that your stone is 100% natural and has not been chemically bleached.
Jadeite is one of the toughest gemstones in the world due to its interlocking crystalline structure. While it is incredibly durable for everyday wear, like any natural gemstone, it should be protected from sharp impacts against hard surfaces.
5
Is Jadeite fragile?
Does my jewelry come with a certificate?
6
We vet every stone through our trusted US specialists to ensure it meets strict Type A Jadeite standards. While we sell based on our own rigorous curation through trusted US suppliers, we can facilitate third-party laboratory certification for specific high-value items upon request for a fee.
What is your return policy?
7
We want you to be as captivated by your Jadeite as we are. We offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn and undamaged condition with the security seal intact. For full details on shipping, exchanges, and our return process, please visit our Shipping & Returns page.
How do you handle shipping?
8
To ensure a seamless experience from our workshop to your door, fully insured priority shipping is included as a standard part of our service for every order.
How do I care for my Jadeite?
9
Natural Jadeite is durable but prefers gentle care. Clean only with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, ultrasonic cleaners, or extreme heat to maintain the stone's natural luster.
