ClingGem provides premium logistics for our high-value Jadeite. All purchases include fully insured shipping via UPS or USPS Priority at no additional cost to you.

  • Processing: As a boutique operation, we ship all orders within 2 business days from our office in California.

  • Delivery Tracking: If your package tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if the package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@clinggem.com.

Security Seal - For your protection and to ensure the integrity of our Type A Jadeite, every piece arrives with a Security Seal.

  • This seal is designed so it does not interfere with visual inspection or test-fitting.

  • Important: Please ensure the seal remains intact while you decide on your purchase. Any return received with a broken or tampered seal will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
