At ClingGem, we curate only the finest Grade A Guatemalan Jadeite. We want you to feel the stone’s energy with total confidence. If your piece doesn’t resonate with you, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition with all packaging and jewelry boxes included.

  • Security Seal: For your protection and ours, items are shipped with a security seal. If the security seal is removed or tampered with, a 20% restocking fee will apply to the refund.

  • Simple Returns: To initiate a return, please visit our RETURN PORTAL to receive your RMA and a prepaid, insured shipping label.

  • Refunds: Once inspected, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, minus a flat $10 return shipping & insurance fee.

  • Exchanges & Resizing: If you love the quality but the fit or hue isn't quite right, contact us within 14 days for consultation.  We will work toward a solution with you.
